Benefit Concert Event
Mission Statement

For us, a Benefit Concert is an event, organized and held, on behalf of an individual(s) or organization, to help fulfill financial needs caused by tragedy or misfortune; uniting musicians, businesses, and neighbors for a single purpose.

Since we, as a team, are involved in the local music scene, working within the community, and working with local businesses, we are in a prime position to combine these resources and accomplish something good.

As musicians, business people, and community members ourselves we find, that by coordinating these events, we are not only helping the parties in need; we are also able to help our community, promote our local bands and musicians, and promote local businesses as well.

A Benefit Concert brings us all together to help those in need, provide entertainment for a cause, and provide those involved an opportunity to network within the community.

 The circumstances may be dire that create the need for a benefit in the first place, but the result of a Benefit Concert Event can turn a negative situation into a positive, Win - Win scenario for everyone involved.

We appreciate your help and support.  Your participation, contributions, and attendance are what make our Benefit Concert Events successful. The Wayne County Children’s Christmas Bureau accepts donations throughout the year. Anyone wishing to contribute directly to this fund can send a check to “WCCCB”, P.O. Box 583, Honesdale, PA  18431. Your contribution is greatly appreciated.

Call 570-470-3732 or 570-470-0012 if you wish to make a contribution toward this event. We are seeking food for the buffet or merchandise for door prizes. Those who have already done so are listed to the right.

Add to that the personal time, donated by those working with us, performances donated by our generous and very talented entertainers, and the excellent promotional coverage, donated by
Local Media !!
 

Even though ElektrixStudio.com is a commercial business and offers its services as Entertainers and Technical Contractors in NE Pa., our Benefit Concert Co-ordination efforts are non-profit and depend solely upon donations received per event. All donations received are collected by the Beneficiary Representative on the day of the event or deposited directly into the beneficiary's fund.

 What we do receive, in exchange, is the opportunity to help people in need and a chance to network with other local bands, musicians, and businesses. 

What this means is that each event must be self sustaining and be successful based on the donations and contributions received from within our community.

Please join us in our efforts.

If you see a flier, read or hear an ad for an event...please try to attend.

If you can make a donation of money toward the event beneficiary...please do so.

If you can offer merchandise toward door prizes or food for a buffet...it is greatly appreciated.

If we seek a donation toward event expenses...please consider our request.
